Jim's completion of the STP

On July 12th I completed my third ride of the STP. That is the 204 mile one day ride of the Seattle Washington to Portland Oregon ride. It was a long hot day in the saddle, but my friend Heidi Sansom and I completed it. This was the 3rd time I completed the ride. It was an amazing physical experience.

2008 4th of July Celebration

The Rusnell family had a very active day as you will see from the photos to follow. We enjoyed the Kaysville City Parade and annual water fight (the best you could ever experience - sorry no pictures we were too busy getting each other wet). Bappa Rusnell was able to come and spend some time with us and the kids. We sure did miss Nana Rusnell, she was home in St. George.

You will see pictures of the whole family, some of Tyler with his friend Max, Lauren with her friend Abby and some general pictures of us having a good time in our neighborhood. The parade was on main street in Kaysville and that is about 1/4 mile away from our house (within walking distance).
